OUR STORY

Hello, we're Jonathan and Greg

Scientist and entrepreneur. Father and son. Now co-founders on a mission to keep people moving for life.

OUR MISSION

We're living longer. Nutrition hasn't caught up.

Mobility is the #1 physical ability that affects quality of life as we age, and losing it is the #1 concern people have about aging.

Yet step into the healthy aging aisle and remarkably little has changed in the past 20 years.

We're here to change that.

OUR SCIENTIFIC BOARD

Engineered with experts in healthy aging and nutrition

We work closely with leading healthcare clinicians and expert nutritionists to translate the latest peer-reviewed research into practical nutrition for healthy aging.

THE MOBILITY PROBLEM...

Every year, we lose the thing that keeps us moving

Healthy, strong muscles are fundamental to mobility as we age.

But from midlife, maintaining that muscle becomes harder. We progressively lose muscle mass and muscle strength each year, with the annual decline accelerating after the age of 50.

...IS a nutrition PROBLEM

As we eat less, we need more

As we age, our muscles need more protein each day to maintain healthy function.

The issue is that as our protein requirement rises, our daily food intake drops. That means every mouthful needs to work harder.

OUR APPROACH

Daily nutrition for lifelong movement

Looking after our bodies shouldn’t require turning our lives upside down.

Building on the WHO's framework for mobility, we're creating everyday foods and drinks with the nutrition our muscles need as we age, built into the daily rituals we already know and love.

Nutrition made for the joy of moving.
